Anna News welcomes specific, evidence-supported correction requests and aims to correct material errors promptly and transparently.

No material correction entries have been published. When a material correction is made, this page will identify the article, date and substance of the change.

How to request a correction

Use the Contact page and select Corrections. Include the article URL, quote the disputed wording, explain why it is inaccurate and provide a reliable source when possible. Clear, specific requests can be reviewed more efficiently than general disagreements.

Requests may also concern broken citations, incorrect dates, misleading image captions or material omissions that change the meaning of a report. Opinions about editorial emphasis are considered, but disagreement alone does not establish a factual error.

How corrections are handled

The Anna News Desk checks the published wording against the available evidence and may consult additional primary or independent sources. If a material error is confirmed, the article is corrected and its updated date is changed. A correction note should explain the important change without repeating harmful or inaccurate material unnecessarily.

Minor spelling, punctuation, formatting and accessibility improvements may be fixed silently when they do not change meaning. Developing stories can be updated as new verified information arrives; an update is not automatically a correction.

Removal and legal requests

Anna News generally prefers correction or clarification to removal. Removal may be considered when content creates a serious safety risk, violates rights, is unlawful, or cannot be corrected responsibly. Requests should identify the exact page and the basis for action.

Submitting a request does not guarantee a particular outcome. Decisions consider accuracy, public interest, proportionality and applicable obligations.
